Wanting a larger apartment, one with heat in the winter that I didn't have to jump start, I found an apartment in
Yonkers, NY. It was on the top floor, 3rd and had a terrace. I decided that a mobile antenna system
would be my answer for the new QTH. The Spider mobile antenna attached to the terrace with all that aluminum would be a great
fit with a twist-on, twist-off mount.I had the 10,15,20, and 40 meter resonators installed. I could remove the 40 and
replace it with the 80 in a few mintues. The sunspot cycle was on the decline, but I kept on racking up those new ones,
got interested in contesting and filled the log pages!
